1. Customer provided Soul! Sausage with an incorrect, or non-existing shipping address when placing the order, and the order was "not received".
2. Customer did not specify whether they required a release signature for leaving package for delivery.
3. Customer ordered the wrong products, or quantities in error.
4. As always, the products were delivered fresh, intact, and as described on our website, and any other promotional materials containing our products, but the customer simply just did not care for the "taste" of the product, or the product "just didn't meet there expectations".
5. Obviously, if the customer DID NOT contact us within 7 days! No exceptions!

If this happens with a product in your order, we may substitute that item with a similar item from your order, or previous order! No worries, mon!
