Please Allow up to 5-7 days for processing and handling of your order! UPS Shipping is guaranteed to deliver your package in 2 days after leaving our factory. All orders will be received within 10 days, unless a particular item is out of stock at the time your order is placed. We will then notify you of when that product may be available, and you may decide to wait until then, or substitute another item of equal value to expedite your order process! UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so please order early when you know you want us for a particular date. Unexpected circumstances often arise before you, and we, can do anything!
NO RETURNS!
We offer nothing but quality products, and we are sure you'll agree! However, if perhaps you do experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the package. You *MUST* contact us *NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS FROM TIME OF DELIVERY* Please review our *EXCEPTIONS* of our refund policy:
1. Customer provided an incorrect shipping address when placing the order.
2. Customer did not specify whether they require a release signature for delivery
when not available upon delivery.
3. Customer selected products or quantities in error.
4. Products were delivered fresh, intact, and as described on our website, but customer simply did not care for the "taste" of the product, or it did not meet their "expectations".
5. Customer "DID NOT" contact us within seven(7) days of delivery.
Please provide a street address for shipping purposes *ONLY*.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver any goods to Postal Mailboxes.
All orders over $95.00 will be shipped out via UPS 2nd Day Service. If preferred, you will have the option of using UPS Standard Overnight Service. A $30.00 surcharge is required for all overnight orders!
All orders under $95.00 are shipped at your option:
1. UPS Ground^
2. UPS 2nd Day Air
3. UPS Standard Overnight Service ($30.00 surcharge applies for overnight!).
^Our UPS Ground shipping option is only available to those residents in the following states: NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, PA, OH, IN, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, and Washington D.C.
Due to varying international health codes, at this time we do not offer an international shipping option. We do, however, ship to Puerto Rico. All Puerto Rican orders will incur a $30.00 surcharge! Sorry!
Each shipping address is treated as a separate order. If you wish to order for multiple shipping addresses, please place each order separately! Thanks!

Due to the *nature of the business*, please understand that factors such as tremendous demand for a particular product, or various meat market flux, may occasionally cause us to be out of a particular product that you may order. We due our best to Soul! Satisfy!
